Dr. Dix Poppas has received the Champion for Children Award from the Department of Urology which recognizes his work in developing the leading referral center for patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia and his commitment to caring for these children and their families.

The award also recognizes his long-term commitment to supporting fund raising for pediatrics and working with development at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/WeillCornell Medical Center to grow philanthropic efforts.
